What should I do if I would like to update profile to another ASSET? #
ePTW+ Support Team requires you to log a ticket via email to
ict.servicedesk@petronas.com.my and eptw.support@petronas.com.my. Please state the
user email address and Asset location that needs to be updated.
Why can’t I (Tenant Admin) see the user profile in the user listing? #
Tenant Admin can only see user profile that is assigned to their Asset Sites.
I (Tenant Admin) want to update the user profile, but I am unable to see it in the user listing. What should I do? #

Can I change the name and email of the user profile? #
The name and email address cannot be changed due to existing information from ADFS.
