Step 1:
Log in to go to the main page of Virtus Helpdesk.
Click on Go to Customer Portal.
Step 2:
Sign in to Virtus Helpdesk.
Log in with your registered email and password.
Step 3:
You will be directed to the ticket portal where you can view existing the tickets inquiry.
Click on any ticket to view the details.
