EIC is still required to submit empty containers. In addition, EICs will need to submit loose item booking in EWM, but instead of submitting it closer to D-3, EIC is encouraged to submit their booking as early as D-30.
Once all the loose items are packed in CHE, Material planner / Despatch is not required to make reservation in STEAR.
